3.  Excellent customer service! I have an older SEA RAY and trailer which because of the age always has something that needs attention.  I just recently had some work done at a other shop. I brought this to the attention of the owner, Andrew.  He and his team went the extra mile to make sure not only the my issue was fully resolved on the mechanical side but that that I was taken care on the customer service side as well.  I highly recommend Andrew and his team at On Scene Marine.  They sell high quality products, provide good old fashion service you can trust, and take pride in providing excellent customer support after the service. 4. I have been with the same mecanic for 7 years he now left and went to florida. Im usually the first one of my friends to get in the water. I had been looking for a new mechanic when i discovered andrew from on scene marine, i called him last week and he came today on time and tuned up my boat. 5. On Scene Marine is awesome!!! I called On Scene Marine on a Saturday afternoon in July and Andrew answered on the first ring !! We set up an apointment for Monday and He was at my house Monday morning at 6:45am !! He immediatly diagnosed my problem as a fuel issue and systematically worked thru the system until he found the problem. He helped me locate the parts I needed and to save me money. I must have called Andrew 100 times while putting it back and he answered every time and talked me thru !!! Andrew is a stand up guy ,honest !! He knows what he is doing and he will do everything he can to help you not go bankrupt fixing your boat!! Every boat owner needs an "Andrew" and you can get your very own at On Scene Marine!!!! Highly reccomened , dont look anywhere else ,you will just waste your time and money !!! Thank you Andrew !!!! Now I'm going Fishing !!!

We bought a used boat and it seemed to have a few quirks, which we wrote off to the age of the boat.  We kept testing it out and with each trip we'd say "something's not quite right... we should have it checked out."  After one more trip out, it was obvious , the boat would only go in reverse!!! We looked on the internet for a Boat Repair shop and found on scene marine with several good reviews we called him and schedueled a appointment when we got there he dug right in to find out what was wrong. Andrew identified the problem, and helped us weigh the pros and cons of investing in repair.  I am happy to report that our boat is now running quite smoothly, both in forward and in reverse! Andrew was great to work with, helpful and informative.  I asked if he taught a 101 course on "Getting to know your boat"?  He took time right then to give me a tutorial.  Now that's customer service :)

I called several other repair shops on Long Island and
was told from two shops they would not be able to look at my
boat for 3 weeks and one said they don t fix motors more than 10
years old.
I called Andrew and we discussed my problem over the phone.
In two days the parts were in his hands and he was at my home
working on my motor.
He took the time to help me launch the boat and bay test it
after the repairs were made. Who in this day and age is going to
take the time to do that. He fixed the problem so I could enjoy
the 4th of July holiday on the boat with my family. Needless to say,
he will be taking care of my boat in the future.
I can t recommend him enough.
